IsTalking is a privately owned and funded, revolutionary software development company based in Phoenix, Arizona. Our social networking software is custom built from the ground up and customized based on individual University needs. We held numerous focus groups with multiple university students and Alumni around the country before we wrote one line of code. After wrapping up with almost 2 years of R&D, we believe we have built the best social networking software on the planet! Our software has been tested and proven compatible with all major browser environments and operating systems. Best of all it is built, serviced and managed right here in the good ol’ United States!
